My beef with this kind of verdicts is that the perpetrators are not punished. The company pays reasonable compensation/damages to the plantiff. The managers who ignored his requests and caused the whole mess go along with their lives without any consequences. There should be some mechanism to enforce responsibility for shitty behaviour.
