It's not great, it's not creative at all. Hate the colors too. I love the color of raspberries, not this purple uglyness.

  I don't think it's that bad, but I agree the colors are wrong. They should have used the color that the raspberries are in their blog picture above.

    Not an expert on design, but my intuition tells me that having it more red would hurt its clarity as it could have more easily been mistaken for a strawberry.

    I wasn't even aware there was a contest. But, for the sake of argument, let's say, it wasn't over, and I didn't submit anything. Does it mean I can't criticize it? With that kind of "argument" you can dismiss pretty much any professional art critic.

      Professional art critics might be a little more detailed than "hate the colors". Do you have enough graphic design experience to properly critique a logo contest, or were ya just out a-trollin'?

        I draw, paint, do graphics web design and sometimes I do design logos.
