Russia says it made a Payment to avoid Default

- verdverm 5y agoNo, they don't have so much debt that it causes a ripple effect. Some investors lose out. The disruption to agriculture and minerals will more likely have a bigger impact. Defaulting typical destroys credit rating, but I doubt many will be loaning to Russia any time soon.
