DDG was never a "right wing search engine". I think it is good that it got feedback. Propaganda is a two way street. Either you ban it all or you let people decide themselves. Access to more information will overall only lessen the effect of propaganda. While the conclusion might be technically correct, this is still an atrocious article. I hope Google will take the advertising money of Vox for that though.
