Dell Scam Caller knows I just bought a new Dell laptop
- kevincox 5y agoMeta: Can people stop linking old.reddit.com. Personally I find it unusable on mobile and have reddit.com configured to do what I want. By linking old.reddit.com you are imposing your choice on others.
- DaveExeter 5y agoI disagree. old.reddit.com is the proper link.
- mackatap 5y agoAgreed. The mobile site won't let you read all comments without logging in and has constant popups encouraging you to download the app.
- syntheticcdo 5y agoTFA disagrees with you based on the presence of the following in it's <head> <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/t5ywrp/dell_scam_caller_knows_i_just_bought_a_new_dell/" />
- emeraldd 5y agoHuh ... I didn't realize I had. To tell the truth, I'm not sure how I got an old reddit link.
- MerelyMortal 5y agoHN automatically changes the URL, and I'm grateful.

- kevin_b_er 5y agoI find the not-old reddit link unusable on mobile as reddit frequently blocks mobile browsers from loading, demanding they use the app for data collection purposes.
- stormcode 5y agoThe number of people telling this guy to change his passwords after he already said he changed his passwords like five times made me cringe.
