Maybe this is not your area of expertise, but I'm interested in the performance differences between native DirectX performance and going through Vulkan abstraction layers like DXVK. If you're a company designing GPUs that has a Vulkan driver already but would need significant time and effort developing DirectX drivers, is DXVK et. al. a viable alternative?
