I don"t know anything about that particular product but I've read anecodotes about the lawyers being terrible that are provided by such services. A better example is perhaps liability insurance. The insurance company will pay for a lawyer and has an incentive to pay for a good lawyer since the insurance is on the hook up to the policy limit if the lawyer loses.
