Spending hours writing emails back and forth in my non-native language is not exactly my top priority at the moment, as you may guess because of recent events. The email is very clear: I have to move regardless of my views or opinions, or else. ToS is very standard as well: service may be interrupted at any moment with no guarantees, all discussion is to happen in US courts. I see no basis for a support ticket.
