If anything has been proven in the last one month, it's that Putin says one thing and does another.
I bet the exact opposite happened. Ukraine must have offered ceasefire and Russia said no.
- mrlonglong 5y agoI can confirm that. BBC says this was offered by the Ukrainians but Russia chose not to engage.
