I am vaccinated and HR knows this because of private conversations, but if they officially demanded a certificate, I think I would have called it quits. Many people don't have that option so I sometimes think it would be prudent to at least communicate that there are consequences for such unreasonable demands by those that have the opportunity. I understand a mandate for vaccinations in certain occupations relating to health. It is something you have to personally accept if you want to work in the field. But I am torn if the Covid vaccines would qualify as adequate protection compared to classical vaccinations.
