  Twitch is a bad example, they are owned by Amazon who sells their own TVs and they dropped their Roku app after Amazon bought them presumably to try to get people to buy their Fire sticks instead. As far as I know you won't see Twitch on any built in TV os other than android and amazon's version of android. That's hardly Samsungs fault.

  I posted a comment that goes some way to explaining this elsewhere[0]. The short answer is that tizenOS is crap, and the samsung engineers I worked with to build smart TV applications were crap.
