I'm always surprised by how fast cloudflare rejects my app. I would love to work there, but have gotten a 'Thank you for your application' email within 2 days of applying. Having worked at a unicorn start up and some notable names over the last decade+, never figured out why
- nilslice 5y agoI'm at Cloudflare for 1 more week. Feel free to send it my way - happy to give you feedback or pipe it to the recruiting manager for a role that sounds like a good match: smanuel [@] cloudflare.com
- confuseddesi 5y agoWhy are you leaving Cloudflare?
- ratg13 5y agoDid you ask? Often times if you send a message that you are looking to improve and wondering what your perceived weaknesses are, they will be honest with you.
- Melatonic 5y agoThat sounds like they have an automated HR system that is rejecting you - look into how to bypass those
- kennethh 5y agoThe default for HR systems automatic rejection is often 2 days. You might be rejected for something simle like only bachelor instead of master.
