I have enough rep on SO to see the close comment, but many people probably are not able to see this. Not sure what to do about it, copying it here may be not OK and discussing something that seems hidden is awkward.
I basically was just offended by the wording of the close comment, it was like shut up we know better, comments are not for the discussion. Maybe I'm just reading it wrong.

- exebook 5y agoYes I meant the deleted and downvoted answer, it was obviously written by the person who have closed the topic. Sorry for the mistake.
- pwdisswordfish9 5y agoWhat are you talking about? The question is still nominally open (even if comments are disabled), and that person is not even a moderator.
