  It's just common sense regulation, we rarely get that in the USA though.

  That is a good argument for why IPv6 is relevant everywhere else for the luddites that refuse to implement it. edit: luddite not meant in a derogatory sense. We need luddites!

  This is a great way of enhancing the Great Firewall of China: simply cut off the rest of the world that is using IPv4.
