- guyzero 5y agoIn March of 2020 when pretty much everything in North America closed and they reopened in May of that year. I didn't notice at first that the ticket was issued at that time. The understanding of covid was significantly less then and some of the measures were unnecessary in retrospect. This all has little to do with an essay penned this year about schools.
