  There's probably some other confounding measurement going on here. 3.5% of a 75 kWh battery is 2600 Wh, which over the ~four hour range test comes out to a power draw delta of 650W. It's surely true that the desktop-class AMD has a higher base power consumption than an mobile Apollo Lake chip. But no way does it draw 600W just running the car display.
