I would imagine that these AI fighter pilots may still need a human being so that they don't shoot done civilian planes or something. How good are state of the art drones at flying in inclement weather with poor communication to home base?
- imtringued 5y agoAbsolutely terrible?
- CodeGlitch 5y agoCivilian planes fly with transponders - something that you can receive with a $20 bit of hardware. Military aircraft do not turn their transponders on unless they want the world to know where they are.
- mLuby 5y agoNot all civilian planes do this, nor other airborne objects like skydivers.
