  Tbh dude, I wouldn't even do this. The deal you described in the OP is a HUGE red flag, especially in this funding environment where it's crazy easy to raise money for almost anything. I would walk away and start fresh, this is a shit deal for you and if you continue with it, you'll get screwed over more 100%.
