Idk, I think we waste a lot by doing tickets and meetings for every little thing that has to change. More so for front-end changes than backend changes though.

Idk, I think we waste a lot by doing tickets and meetings for every little thing that has to change. More so for front-end changes than backend changes though.
- jimbokun 5y agoI think tickets are more important for auditing purposes, being able to establish what was deployed when and for what purpose. But yes having too many tickets just creates more over head.
