The interesting thing with Tesla is that they are supply limited at the moment. Demand for outpaces their supply for the foreseeable future.

    They tried about 30 times in 2021. What actually happens is quite interesting. Ironically, when they increase the price, it encourages more reservations as consumers seek to lock in the current price of an appreciating value.
