Those conditions are insufficient to cause the effect you think they should.
- nradov 5y agoYes based on the history of Silicon Valley other factors are also important. Some of those include: proximity to multiple high-quality research universities, laws that generally prohibit employee non-compete agreements, and generous funding through military-industrial complex contracts.
