I will vouch that the Midwest is highly underrated. People are friendly; there's way more diversity and culture than people seem to think; it's affordable.
- Supermancho 5y agoMy family (parents and siblings) sold their properties in California and moved to Minnesota, shortly before I moved to Washington with my wife. 2.5 years later we moved to Fargo. It looks like Irvine most of the year and has everything you need in Southern California for a fraction of the price.
- lotsofpulp 5y agoNever thought I would see someone compare Fargo, ND to SoCal. Obviously everyone’s preferences are subjective, but that is quite an outlier opinion.
