- palish 19y agoGreat!
- sri 19y agohere is nice interview by wayne: http://pioneerit.blogspot.com/2007/04/my-innoview-with-wayne-crosby.html http://pioneerit.blogspot.com/2007/04/my-innoview-with-wayne-crosby.html
- danw 19y agoSounds like you got all the keywords in there ;D
- lupin_sansei 19y agoWho also thinks Jessica is a cutey pie?
- motoko 19y agoI can't decide if it's better to be a decently attractive woman on the Internet because of the bonus charisma and attention (rule of everything a hot girl does is 100x more interesting than a man of equal talent)... ...or depressing, because you know that most everything you do is judged by that goddamn bio pic, and everyone first notices how flattering your outfit is (or isn't) before they even bother to consider the quality of your ideas... and that will never change... since that's just how people have been, will be, and always will be. And God Help You if you ever get to be fat or ugly.
- Tichy 19y agoI am not sure your thesis actually holds. Can you name any fat and ugly women with brilliant ideas that have been dismissed because of their looks? And I think men are being judged based on looks, too.

- motoko 19y agowww.valleywag.com don't scoff, this is the nicest of the gossip that I hear going around. Haven't you ever been in a group of good-old-boys (of any age) at a bar?
- Tichy 19y agoI haven't read much of valleywag now, but anyway - I guess it is a touchy subject. But I am pretty sure that women in a group will also comment on the attractiveness of their male colleagues. It doesn't imply that people can't work together.

- jamongkad 19y agoI agree with you, that being said you still can't deny that these things are happening because of human nature...so come on lighten up and enjoy Ms. Livingston's work and contribution to the community.
- donna 19y agowould you be equating men in the field of technology by cutey pie??.. I would appreciate respecting her accomplishments equally thank you.
- run4yourlives 19y agoAs a male, I agree. I don't think this is the proper forum to be remarking on the appearance of others period. I would assume that the level of conversation here is based on experience and knowledge.
- lupin_sansei 19y agoI don't equate men in the field of computing as cutey pies because I don't find men cute. How does thinking someone is cute make her accomplishments not equal to men? To me your looks and your accomplishments are completely independent. Your accomplishments stand on their own, regardless of how you look. I think you are overreacting somewhat.
- buc_nasty 19y agohell yeah she is!
