I think it's more likely that artists like Kubrick and Ligeti did not use psychedelics to create works that were greatly enjoyed by people who use psychedelics.
- yung_steezy 5y agoCompletely agree with this. I think the notion that "drugs make you more creative" is a common misconception/fallacy. Creativity is hard to quanitfy. However drugs certainly make you more receptive to certain stimuli.
