Hackers could steal encrypted data now and crack it with quantum computers later
- Akronymus 5y agoDepends entirely on what kind of encryption is used. There are many algorithms that are quantum safe. Such as SHA. Which is one of, if not the, most widely used algorithms out there. Edit: Correction, I misread encryption as hashing, for some reason.
