We need service literacy, now
- raxxorrax 5y agoTheoretically it should be possible to easily flunk services like uber. Sure, users have to know you, but providing better conditions doesn't seem too daunting. Just build another Twitter in a weekend, sure... I hate these services that capitalize on the work of others (guilty of using them too from time to time), although the taxi business probably deserved it for their business practices.
