> it has rich medical resources
This is debatable. It has a lot of doctors and invests what little resources it has into healthcare, but that doesn't make it rich in medical resources. It comes down to the decisions made by the government on what to do with their limited resources.
- seanmcdirmid 5y agoCuba has been well known to have a decent healthcare system for more than a few decades now. They’ve made a conscious effort to develop talent and research capabilities, it isn’t that another country with similar resources could replicate over night without continuous investment over a few decades. > It comes down to the decisions made by the government on what to do with their limited resources. Limited resources applied over a long period of time can lead to rich resources in certain areas. I’m not sure what you are disagreeing with here.
