Granted, you will find a massive amount of consultants, but if you have a specific technical problem you are often more or less alone. Perhaps they all hide somewhere, but I couldn't locate them. I think Windows is also slowly decaying. Windows 11 is basically a slightly changed UI with new requirements for TPM or that a laptop has a front facing HD camera. Many probably know the type that makes decisions like that in large companies...
