- kasey_junk 5y agoIt’s one of the fundamental jobs of a foreign embassy to lobby on behalf of a countries trade & commercial interests. In the US, the Foreign Commercial Service (and to some degree the Foreign Agriculture Service) are explicitly tasked with this job.
