USSC invented the doctrine of government immunity.
Nothing changes, until cities and cops and beauracrats can again be found liable. Cities can fix things up and get private market insurance just like businesses.
- sitkack 5y agoImmunity as a concept should not exist where one is _responsible_ for other people. It basically gives permission for someone to cause harm from either malice or negligence.
