- dekhn 5y agoYep, they only grew more bold when people capitulated to them. When people (the US, taiwan, philipines, etc) don't, they don't really have an ability to respond that doesn't hurt them. It won't be until they get tested in a real war with a real adversary that anybody will take them seriously as a war power.
