You are literally the exact type of bad customer the parent comment is referring to.
- Dylan16807 5y agoWell that's really rude and unjustified. If Arq works for them, then they have less than a terabyte. If they switched to paying per byte, their bill would decrease. They don't fit that "bad unlimited customer" profile at all. They just want a stable price and reasonable support. That's not being fickle.
