Could anyone comment on the thread safety? What's shared between async blocks and what's safe to modify?
- veesahni 5y agoMultiple async blocks aren't really running concurrently because GIL is still in play. Control of what's running only switches if one async block yields... manually, or automatically. What's new is Ruby is auto-yielding when waiting on network or other blocking actions.
