- olyjohn 5y agoI suppose that depends on what actually happened. Which they have not released any information on. So it's too early to make a judgement call on that.
- Aeolun 5y agoNot releasing what caused this is objectionable on it’s own then? Like, when shit of this magnitude happens you cannot expect to get off with a ‘this is a personnel matter’.
