- hasperdi 5y agoYou have a wrong idea of what the first amendment is. Free speech in the first amendment is directed towards the legislative body, that it shall not create any legislation that forbid free speech. Facebook is a private company, free speech argument doesn't apply. It's similar to your right to tell people to talk freely or shut up in your own house.
- raxxorrax 5y agoThe first amendment was surely created because free speech was important to Americans. I don't think the previous poster argues on a legal basis at all.
