Adobe will put U.S. employees on unpaid leave if they're not vaccinated by Dec 8
- jerkstate 5y agoDoubt it
- chrisco255 5y agoThe vaccine manufacturers may be immune to lawsuits, but Adobe isn't.
- Daishiman 5y agoWhat lawsuits?
- Waterluvian 5y agoMy guess is employees who want a safe workspace. I have no clue if this is colourable.

- ampgt 5y agoIs this legal?
- dadjoker 5y agoBecause remote employees are a danger to other employees. And unvaccinated people are a danger to the vaccinated.
- dwaltrip 5y agoIn a feee society, it is healthy to question new restrictions. However, the majority of society has decided the vaccines are a very safe and valuable tool to help end the second worst global pandemic in the past 100 years [1]. If you disagree, you need to try to convince us why we are wrong. So far, I personally have found arguments against the vaccine and incentives to get it to be uncompelling and often deeply flawed. - captainredbeard 5y agoSociety writ large does not have command over personal medical decisions.
- amanaplanacanal 5y agoDid you mean to say “should not”?
- jerkstate 5y agono
- jprd 5y agoIf they want to keep _any_ US government business, everyone in the US needs to be vaccinated.
- mythrwy 5y agoYou are making a really big assumption. Maybe the majority doesn't decide what the minority puts in their body. Particularly when the net effect (in this context) on the safety of others is far from quantified. Or certain.
- networkid 5y agoSuch a typical India-style management. Nothing sacred. Only cow.
