That's why Twitter should've bought Medium and integrate it with Twitter. And then Twitter could've offered you to convert and transfer Twitter threads to Medium blog posts. Think of it as Facebook/Instagram interoperability.
As usual Twitter was slow and without vision and then Substack emerged.
- blendergeek 5y agoTwitter did buy Vine and Periscope. I don't think their problem is just "not buying other companies".
- mrkramer 5y agoTwitter is mismanaged and lacks vision. Vine, Periscope and Medium if further developed and integrated good could've made Twitter 10 times larger just like Instagram and YouTube made Facebook and Google worth at least $100bn more.
