Right, I'm just curious what targets fits such profile. Ostensibly US doesn't need this new capability unless there are new threats.
- nradov 5y agoLikely targets would include high-level terrorists (think the next Osama bin Laden), adversary senior leadership, capital ships, and weapons of mass destruction.
