- geoah 5y agoI really miss real keyboards on phones. The late windows ce and early android htc devices were amazing. I’ve been using full touchscreen phones since the iphone 2g and I’m still not used to them. Not sure what it is that makes my typing so bad that I have to keep peeking at the keyboard in order to not make mistakes. I would have expected muscle memory to have kicked in years ago. I can switch between pc keyboard layouts really easily from classic horizontally staggered to split ortholinear and all the in between variants but virtual keyboards are just different, i guess I could be old enough that my brain cannot easily deal with input devices that don’t provide feedback.
