- dekhn 5y agoIf I were ashley's manager, I would have gone to HR and said this: "I don't think I can manage ashley. It's too hard. I don't have the skills to manage an activist employee who is aggressively using social media to tarnish the reputation of her employer. Can you help me find another manager to transfer her to?"
