- chaimanmeow 5y agoFor most healthy individuals, boosting with a 1st gen S-protein based vaccine is either insane or extremely ignorant. For healthy people not of extreme age, antibodies are ramped significanty within 10 days of infection. For those that still want to boost, at least raise your antibodies via a broad spectrum vaccine (eg. Covaxin).
