- baobabKoodaa 5y agoYou can rationalize it as much as you like, but many people will not be happy by spending their working hours doing the bare minimum.
- anthony_r 5y agoIt's not a rationalization, it's a description of reality. Play the hierarchy game or find joy elsewhere, there's no other way really.
- baobabKoodaa 5y agoNot everybody is like you. Not everybody shares your worldview, or what you find happiness in. People are different, and different people find happiness in different places. I'm telling you, many people feel the need to do more than the bare minimum at work, and will feel happier by doing more. Perhaps you are not like that. You can still take my word that people like that exist.
