It can. To me, this is the usual debate between taxing income and taxing wealth. They each have their positives and negatives.

It can. To me, this is the usual debate between taxing income and taxing wealth. They each have their positives and negatives.
- imtringued 5y agoThere aren't any meaningful negatives to taxing land because it doesn't disappear when you tax it. Sure, if you tax factories and housing those will "move" to a different location.
