By pales they mean the tall spikes (impalers). The spikes visually appear to tilt as you move left/right, seemingly revealing different texture underneath during the transition. Whereas the standard setting version is static, fixed texture, no tilt, no visual shift in the texture beneath/behind the impaler spikes.
- robocat 5y agoI will also add to look for the effect as the background moves behind the top of the spikes (the bottoms are connected to the ground, correctly!)
