Isn't the rule that the answer to any headline that asks a yes/no question is always no?
- kalium-xyz 5y agoIf the answer is no then whats the point of school? I cant read this article though as it didnt even actually address the question in the first few paragraphs

- andi999 5y agoThat is Betteridge's law. Personally I believe it could also be 'we don't know'. In all other cases the headline would be different (an affirmative statement).
