I didn't receive my 2021 tax refund for a few weeks and gave them a call. It turned out that something had gotten stuck and they pushed it through. Got it a week later. The paper returns were taking forever last year due to COVID, but I filed my 2020 refund by paper and got that last summer as well. If you haven't already, call them and figure out what happened.
