Large corporation really didn't do anything lately to improve their image. I opted for smaller monetary rewards for working in a smaller company with extensive freedom. Stress is mostly positive when projects get released. I have paid vacations and sick days, industry is secure that I can probably work until I get my pension if I wanted to. You also get much more invested in the company and other employees. I still recommend doing a corp run for a year or two to get to know this world. It also help to negotiate your rates. But I don't see how you would not get a dislike about how things are done. It also seem to attract a certain kind of person.
