You sounds like someone who is in a abusive relationship and should get out.
Look for remote jobs, send out your resume non-stop.
Being worried about getting fired because you are looking is insane. Companies generally won't contact your current employer without a heads up.
- giantg2 5y agoThat still doesn't fix my home life issues that won't give me the time to transition and learn a new company/language/tech/etc. I'm stuck and I'm thinking that's just how it'll be.
