How Science Lost the Public Trust
- forcry 5y agoScience didn't lose trust. Men who claim to do science lost it. They shouldn't have had it in the first place actually.
- zzleeper 5y agoWe! ould also call this: "How the WSJ lost my trust" After the Murdoch acquisition, WSJ is playing a very interesting game. Writing high-quality news while pushing very partisan op-eds. Surprisingly, although people swear they can distinguish between opeds and news, more often than not the strategy works and think the opeds have the goal of informing the reader rather than just pushing an incredibly open agenda.
- raxxorrax 5y agoThat is commendable actually. High quality news is something I miss dearly. I would never defend Murdoch for that matter and WSJ has indeed quite a few opinions I disagree with.
