- mylons 5y agowhile recent headlines make this seem truer than ever, will there really be no hope from the massive incentives showing up now TO do something? could there be a manhattan project like event that invents our way out of this?
- curiousfab 5y agoThe things that would have to be done would be so deep-cutting into what humanity does now that I have very little hope that they will be implemented. Especially considering our (humanity's) failure to get much easier things right (like ensuring basic human rights). I hope I am wrong.
- charles_f 5y agoConvenience will be the death of us. Anything marginally worse than what we currently have cannot be an option. And so we die.
